Last night, while posting on the Living Your Intentions facebook community, I came up with a brilliant idea, well, I think it’s brilliant, lol!! The idea is to keep an Action Journal. It’s based on the idea of a Gratitude Journal, where each evening, you go over your day and write down what you were grateful for throughout your day. With your Action Journal, each evening, you will list the supportive action you took to move your intentions forward, to create your intentions. Many reported with the Gratitude Journal they began seeking gratitude to have something to write about at the end of the day. You will find yourself seeking action so you have something to write about! You can even challenge yourself to committing to X amount of action steps each day- but please, keep that in check. Don’t take action just for the sake of taking action. Remember, I’m not talking about forcing, controlling or manipulating. I am, however, talking about being in the flow of creating your intentions, bringing them into your here and now.
